Where do your products come from?

Our products are made locally in Poland and Portugal in small artisan workshops. We collaborate with families and factories that have been sewing and weaving for generations.

Are your blankets suitable for a picnic?

Our blankets are designed for multi-functionality. You can use them in the comfort of your couch, at a picnic or even take them with you on long journeys.

Are blankets suitable for children?

Our products are designed with families in mind so our products are free from harmful substances. Everything is made from the highest quality natural or recycled materials. Made with children and adults in mind.

Will products still be available if they sell out?

Our products are limited drops and we don’t plan to repeat them – but you can often see something new here!

MATERIAL AND CARE

What are the products made of?

All blankets and towels are made from natural yarns. Because we can control production at every stage we know the materials used are of the highest quality. You’ll only find natural or recycled ingredients in our products. We’re always transparent about this.

Are textiles safe for children and allergy sufferers?

Our products are designed with allergy sufferers in mind! We’re allergy sufferers ourselves, and we know how frustrating it can be! What’s more, some of our products can be washed at up to 60 degrees Celsius.

How to care for products to make them last as long as possible?

It is best to follow the washing instructions provided with each product to ensure they last as long as possible.

Are the textiles chemically finished?

Our products go through only natural processes, no chemicals.

How long does delivery take?

Shipping from our warehouse takes a maximum of 48 hours but we always try to ship your orders express!

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship everything to the European Union.

Washing instructions

To ensure your Casa Manta textiles last a long time and look beautiful:

  • Wash at up to 30°C, preferably on a delicate cycle.
  • Use mild detergents, free from bleach and enzymes.
  • Do not tumble dry – allow fabrics to dry naturally, preferably flat.
  • Do not bleach or dry clean.
  • If you iron, do so inside out, at a low temperature.

Natural materials may change slightly over time – that’s part of their charm.

Care for them with care, and they will reward you with years of softness.

Returns and complaints

We want Casa Manta products to serve you well. However, if something doesn’t meet your expectations, you have the right to return or make a complaint.

RETURNS

You have 14 days from the date you received your order to return it without giving a reason.

Returns are accepted only if the product is in pristine condition: unused, in its original packaging.

To make a return:

  1. Download formularz zwrotu and fill it out.
  2. Attach the form to your package and return it to the address provided on the form.
  3. After receiving your package, we will refund your money within 14 business days, to the same account number from which the payment was made.

Return shipping costs are covered by the buyer.

 

COMPLAINTS

If a product has a manufacturing defect or was damaged in transit, we apologize and will do everything we can to repair it.

  1. Write to us at hello@casamanta.com, attaching photos of the damage and the order number.
  2. We will respond as soon as possible – usually within 2 business days.
